• How do I sign up?

  Open a free account using the sign up button at the top of this page.

• Do I need to know how to code?

  Technically, no. Nordcraft is a visual website builder and as such you can build everything without writing a single line of code. That said, people who know how to code typically learn to use Nordcraft faster.

• What features can I use for free?

  We never throttle your experience. You get access to all features of Nordcraft for free. We add a Nordcraft badge to all free projects to promote Nordcraft. To remove the badge and use a custom domain, upgrade your project starting at just $9 per month.

• Can I work with my team?

  Yes, you can add unlimited team members to projects in Nordcraft at no extra cost.

• Do I pay per project?

  You only pay for the projects that you choose to upgrade. Upgrading a project removes the Nordcraft branding, and lets us handle all the hosting.

• Can I set up custom domains?

  Yes, on upgraded projects. Each upgraded project has one custom domain included. Each additional domain costs $5/month.

• What is an organization?

  An organization is a billing entity. It's the organization or person that pays the invoices. You can have multiple projects and developers in one organization.

• How do you calculate requests?

  We count requests per project. Requests are counted when someone visits a page or when you make a client-side API request (common for cookie-based authenticated requests). Exported web components also count towards requests. API requests fetched during our server-side render do not count as requests.

• Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?

  Your projects can scale as they grow. Free projects can make requests on a fair usage basis. Upgraded projects are billed based on the number of requests made by that project. The first 100K requests are included in the initial cost of $9 per month. Additional requests are billed monthly in a tier-based flat fee system.

• Where can I see how many requests my project has?

  The analytics section in Nordcraft will show you exactly how many requests you have across your organization. Each individual project page also has a section showing the number of requests for that project.

• Is my data safe?

  We want you to have total flexibility and control over how you build your projects. With Nordcraft, you can use any back-end service. No one at Nordcraft or any third party will have access to your data unless you invite them to your project.

• Why are projects public by default?

  We are all about community at Nordcraft. We want as many people as possible to learn from each other. All your projects are public by default, but you can always convert your project to be private when you need it.

• Can I export my code to an external codebase?

  Sometimes you may want to host your Nordcraft creations yourself instead of relying on Nordcraft's infrastructure. We offer code export via web components. Web components are exported HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  By self-hosting, you no longer benefit from our Nordcraft cloud workers. This means you won't have access to some features unless you set these up for yourself. The Nordcraft Cloud handles a lot for you:
