This is what you agree to when you sign up for an account on Nordcraft.com.

These Terms govern access to and use of Nordcraft. They form a contract between you and Møller & Hansen EDB ApS, trading as Nordcraft. Please read them carefully before using the Services. Last updated: 2025.

By using Nordcraft, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Definitions

In these Terms:\n\n- \"Nordcraft,\" \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\" means Møller & Hansen EDB ApS, CVR 43652125, Æblehaven 15A, 2500 Valby, Denmark.\n- \"You\" or \"your\" means the individual or legal entity that accesses or uses our website, products, or services.\n- \"Agreement\" means these Terms together with any order, plan terms, Data Processing Addendum, and other terms expressly incorporated by reference.

Services

For Free, Startup, and Scaleup plans, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. For enterprise customers on our Unicorn plan, we offer custom service-level agreements.

Eligibility

Our website, products, and services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Nordcraft, including our website, platform, and user-generated content, are the property of Nordcraft. By using our platform, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials without our express written consent.

User Content

By using our platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish using Nordcraft. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content, but by using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and modify any user-generated content for the purpose of providing our services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Nordcraft for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

1. Creating and publishing content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others
2. Hacking, attempting to hack, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorised access to our platform or servers
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our platform or services
4. Interfering with or disrupting the security or availability of our services
5. Using our platform for spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our platform if you violate any of these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nordcraft provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding our services, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data arising from or relating to the Services. Nordcraft's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Agreement will not exceed the fees paid or payable by you for the affected Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited and do not restrict rights granted to Data Subjects under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or UK Addendum.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nordcraft and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement, except where mandatory law or an applicable EU Standard Contractual Clause or UK Addendum provides otherwise.

Entire Agreement

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nordcraft regarding the Services and supersedes prior or contemporaneous communications on that subject. If documents conflict, an applicable EU Standard Contractual Clause or UK Addendum prevails first; the Data Processing Addendum prevails for processing of Covered Data; an order or separately signed agreement prevails next to the extent it expressly states that it overrides these Terms; and these Terms otherwise apply.

Data Processing

Where Nordcraft processes Covered Data on your behalf, the Nordcraft Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), available at https://nordcraft.com/dpa, is incorporated into the Agreement. By accepting these Terms, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to the DPA and electronically execute any EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum that apply to a restricted transfer.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless

Changes to the terms & Conditions

We may update the Services and these Terms to reflect product, security, legal, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be published on our website. We will provide additional notice of material changes through the Services or the email address associated with your account where required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Doxxing and Invasion of Privacy

We may consider other information, such as photos or videos that were taken or distributed without the subject's consent, to be an invasion of privacy.

Code of Conduct

Nordcraft exists to facilitate sharing code, by making it easy for developers to publish and distribute packages. Nordcraft is a technology and a community.

Unpublish Policy

Registry data is immutable, once published, a package cannot change. We do this for reasons of security and stability of the users who depend on those packages.

Community Guidelines

We are committed to make Nordcraft an environment that welcomes all the different voices and perspectives our community has to offer. A safe space for everyone.
